NEW STUDENTS - Please follow the steps below to complete the enrollment process.

1. Enrolling form - Complete the electronic form, initial were required, signed, and submit. CLICK HERE
2. Authorization Form - Complete the Authorization form and return it to the school office along with a voided check Attention: Admissions.  CLICK HERE
3. Registration Fee - Due upon registration - to pay online  CLICK HERE  
4. Tuition & Fees Form:  CLICK HERE to print
5. Standardized Testing - Submit a copy of your child’s SAT Testing Report (if applicable)
6. Immunization Record - Submit a copy of your child’s latest immunization record
